I have to say BB, that I went the first year it happened and was massively unimpressed.
I haven't been since.
Not planning on going this year either
Not well run and overpriced IMO

I think it was the second year that I went . First time I’d ever been to a beer festival, so nothing to compare it with . To be fair quite enjoyed it , met some nice people and enjoyed watching some live rugby ( new experience ) Supported it because of the charitable cause and because the words ‘ beer ‘ and ‘Blackburn’ rarely appear together these days as the town continues to change

Back out listening to Jazz on a balmy 28c evening. (Kurt Elling , if anyone is interested)
had a few Goose islands, now enjoying a kiwi chardonnay before dinner.

The downside is, I've got a colonoscopy on tuesday so nothing (apart from stuff that clears your system) for the next day and half!
Roll on wednesday.

Not quite chardonnay and a nice dinner but about 8 pints of Stella and a jalfrezi in the khyber would prob negate the need for anything else dave.

I had only just heard. I frequent the Royal Oak at Riley Green and the Nabs Head at Samlesbury that just so happens is run by a good mate and Rovers fan.
