I wonder if Khalid Khan was involved in his client's property conversion, physically or on an advisory level? If so, did he, or Khalid Khan Associates, make any checks regarding legal ownership of the plaque? Did he/they check if planning permission was required to remove the plaque?

The original blue plaque seems to have been replaced, Vinjay, and not by another blue plaque.
I would wager that the blue plaque held by the person in the original post is the plaque that was allegedly stolen.
By the way, I like to think that Jack would probably appreciate both the entrepreneurship being shown by the new proprietor at his birthplace, and the irony of stolen blue plaques being used for scrap metal:

Dunno if I am or if I'm not xenophobic but I've just looked it up in the dictionary and I think you might be correct. I also think anyone who isn't xenophobic to one degree or another is a fool.

Now personally speaking I'd replace dislike / fear with the single word 'distrust'and own up to it freely. That applies also to people originating from this country too. 'Guilty until proven innocent' is my natural stance so what do you find wrong with that?

Just as an aside as I doubt anyone's really bothered you've already stated time and again that you have mental problems. I trust readers will take that into account when they read your bile over on brfcs because I've a suspicion that they won't be reading it on here for very much longer.

Good old twitter lol there was a lynch mob forming after this fella within about 3 mins, I did think it was a bit daft he'd be trying to sell publically unless it was his to sell but twitter doesn't pause for deliberation !

All is well it seems thankfully in terms of the great mans name still being where it should.
