Ah fair enough, maybe being a bit younger and a Rishtoner, its just been my experience not caring about Preston.

We'd have gone mental but I doubt JDT would have been leading the entire team in front of the Blackburn End with the type of 5-10 minute celebration normally reserved for securing a trip to Wembley.

We do that every home or away match Ryan Lowe is trying to bring the players & fans closer together as one team.
That probably why we have a average of 2,500 for our 8 away games so far .
It shows there mutual respect & appreciation which hasn’t always been at preston.

The last time I remember being accosted at a football match was agin Everton.
I was with an ex Qegs mate, we were almost totally P'd, and forgot to change ends.

The Knowle was before my time. When I was there we were magnificent at football. We wanted to start a rugby team to play against the toffs at QEGS but the headmaster saw through the ruse and realised we only wanted to fight.
