Wont be a problem??? How do you know that and what are you basing it on? Perhaps you are right but then there are people interested in buying Bolton currently too !!!
Not that the current owner is exactly Mr Popular with the supporters now.
On the other hand the Oystons are clear out of Blackpool and might be interested in a club with lots of prime land at Brockhall.
Lets be honest BRFC is always likely to be a loss making enterprise at this level. 12-14k gates with cheap ST's will always keep us at a permanent disadvantage. It could change if we were ever to get into the Prem but we would be exchanging a relatively comfortable existence in the Championship (which I believe is the best division anyway) for an annual relegation battle as we join 2/3rds of the Prem who are annual cannon fodder for the big hitters. The only good thing would be that with good management we could become solvent again.
As it stands the venkys got a few things wrong form the start .
1. Placing trust in shysters on the rob.
and
2. Taking too long to recognise that they were the victims of a sting.
If they had trapped up in 2010 and done as they have been doing recently for the previous 3 or 4 years i.e. placing their faith in the management back then and quietly providing a little financial support from the background, then I believe their ownership would have been lauded rather than derided.
Best advice I can offer their detractors is to look before you leap.
