was thinking off games at hillsboro at the Howard Kendall 3-0 stuffing of the owls was it 79/80 came to mind.it seemed like one off the last days of summer saw it must have been early season,sheff wed did not know what hit them.

Yeah that’s the best kit in world football . Famous halved shirt , white shorts and white socks ( couple of blue rings at the top is my preference ) - the only red showing should be the number and name on the back of the shirt .

As always i'm struggling to predict this one which is one of the better aspects of the Championship.

Last week Sheff Wed completed a commendable smash and grab at Yorkshire rivals Leeds winning 0-2 with two goals in the final few minutes. I need to see the team sheets but I'm edging towards a 1-1 draw or even a 2-1 either way at the moment.


Hmmmm... just seen them. Joe Rothwell in for Evans to make for a pretty attacking midfield line up even if Blunt Instrument Gally is up front.
Will we have enough strength in defence though? Johnson and Buckley nowhere in sight on the bench although we do have Davenport, Bennett and Rankin Costello should we need to stiffen up the team.
Will we need too many chances to score a goal?
Will Sheff Wed need too few chances to score a goal?
