I suppose it could have been worse . A respected Jewish organisation puts the BBC third in its Global AntiSemitism Top Ten List , behind Iran and Crackpot Corbyn’s mates , Hamas .

Time to abolish the TV tax and let those who want to watch the increasingly disreputable BBC , pay for it themselves.

Excellent news and not before time . Looks like Amol Rajan isn’t happy . Let’s hope this comes to fruition. The least the government can do is make non- payment of the TV tax an offence similar to non payment of your gas bill , they’ll just cut you off

Totally right! What has Amazon, Netflix etc got in common? You pay to watch, I.e it’s a choice with the license fee it’s a tax and let’s be honest one which we loathe to pay.

People now have a massive choice of what to watch and so many different options/apps to what whether its Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, Sky, Discovery channel, apple TV, etc.

Personally I'd split up the BBC between The Word Service which is renowned around the globe...... and the rest which isn't even renowned here.
