non white presumably being more PC than black, yellow, brown or coloured these days. Has anyone notice how the reference terms for skin colour keep changing roughly every decade?
Imagine being an eye witness to an assassination attempt on the PM or the Queen etc. If when asked to describe the offender you would only say 'the person was non-white' you'd get the thumb screws and the wet blanket treatment in an instant.

A campaign to throw out the Kingdom litter enforcers might be moving into East Lancs
Apparently, the enforcement is "illegal" as they don't give the offender the chance to put the litter in a bin after dropping it. Kingdom has already moved out of 5 counties in North Wales where the campaign has been running.
Proceedings are starting in order to return £18 million of fixed penalty notices
