Let no one be mistaken, no matter how unpalatable they find it, the spikes in the areas are remarkably in line with the highest concentration of ethnic 'minorities' and particularly those of Islamic persuasion. Now we all must know that Arabs are dodgy and also that Russians are too, and I dare say there will be much to come out of this explosion in Beirut.

Ammonium Nitrate as an agricultural fertiliser has a value of approx £200 per tonne. That equates to about half a million quid that somebody somewhere has either lost or had stolen within the last few years. My sister's work used to take her all over the middle east in the 70's. Some of the arab nations she loved and others she hated. Obviously Saudia was not a place that western women would be particularly comfortable in but she always said that Beirut (a constant trouble hot spot back then) was the most threatening place to visit.
Moving on, the fertiliser industry relies on AN from Russia and former Soviet Union states. I used to deal with a chap who had traded 'ferti' all his life and I spoke to him after he retired and asked him if he regretted retiring. I can still recall his tone as he said "No! Not one bit. The entire AN business is now run by Russian gangsters". Make of that what you will but I'd say this is murky at best.

So those that are intercepted should be escorted back whence they came as they are a possible danger to our safety, while any that touch terra firma must be quarantined (before they are then shipped off to the safety of South Georgia ) mustn't they? I think we need reassurance from the authorities.


Just pondering but our history does not appear to be as big an issue with these people as it is with the BAME people who have got their feet under the table here. Perhaps legalising slavery for illegal immigrants might have some positive results?

They can't lie straight in bed can they WB? "Another traveller said: “We needed a Covid-19 test for a family member and I spoke to one travel agent and he said, ‘Get it done and even if it comes out positive we will provide a negative one for you for £50’.”

Now don't get me wrong, I'm all in favour of letting them go out even without a test if they think it's too dear (so long as airline staff are fully litted out) because that is Pakistan's problem, but lets just make damned sure they are fully and officially tested and quarantined when they return.
