You are right Gooz. It's getting harder and harder to support them.
If someone had said I would be agreeing and liking this post 20years ago - I would have called them crackers!
But Gooze sums it up "worn down" hits the nail on the head
Perhaps that is the long game?

Players and pundits having digs, when they know fuck all about what they have done to our club, doesnt help - I understand they expect us to behave like other clubs fans - but they havent suffered the 12 years of hell - we - the fans have
A big percentage of us are going because its in our blood - but as for skipping down the Bolton Rd - those days have gone

Nothing to worry about chaps. I’m convinced that Mr Waggott has planned for all contingencies and has his focus on the cash flow issue.

Rovers have to cut costs and increase income (or a combination of both of these) in order to comply with FFP. In the meantime the only money coming into the Club is via player sales, sponsorships, TV and match day income. Steve Waggott will be pleased Leeds away is on telly as this will bring in a few more £££’s.

If we suddenly had local owners takeover that would boost attendances but that will be short lived.

Having absent owners from afar is damaging us. However the whole structure of football is fooked and the expected Football Regulator will need real powers to take on the PL and the 6 teams trying to dictate the whole football pyramid. The best thing that can happen is the European Super League - let the monopoly of teams form their own league and leave the rest of us to it.

Do'you know BB..... you aren't as daft as you look!:D

The problem with football in this country is that for some reason club owners are willing to take on excessive and unsustainable debt in the form of player's remuneration. I recall the time when footballers used to earn about twice the average working man's wage which was enough to provide them with a house, a pretty wife, a decent car and set them up in a small business by the time they retired. What's wrong with that I ask? Ronnie Clayton had a large newsagents shop in Darwen, Duggie a market stall and even later rovers legends like Mekky and Sammy became painters and decorators. Footballers now believe that they can retire with enough money not to need to earn another penny. Stupidly the clubs bow to that and then whinge that they don't get enough filtering down from the Prem, whilst Prem clubs themselves run up massive debts.

The ladies have always said I am a handsome beast. Add the benefit of a sharp brain, wit and gushes of charm and you have one hell of a love magnet.

I will give you a prediction to back up my razor sharp approach to life: Burnley will get relegated. Remember you heard it here first and BB would appreciate 5% of your winnings.
