Sea Bass , just bought from Blackburn Market, and buttered potatoes.

Top tip for frying fish!
Interestingly I asked the staff at that market stall for a way to stop sea bass sticking to the frying pan so that it looks good when serving rather than the broken up mess of fish and skin that I usually end up with. The proprietor and the lady who works there gave suggestions but the younger man who works there said "ignore those two, I'm chef trained", he then told me to cut a sheet grease proof into the size of the pan add oil and fry on that. Perfect result and now I can serve fish at a dinner party with confidence.

Just on the subject of cooking I’ve recently bought an air fryer. An amazing bit of kit!

Correct odb! I've bought 4 now! Two for us after the first one broke down and one each for the kids. I won't have a microwave so despite having 3 ovens the air / health fryer and a slow cooker just about covers most things now that leki has become an issue.
