Oh, I have been a Tyskie connoisseur for a good few years now.
Now I understand why some of my best fights have been with Polish builders!

There's loads of choice isn't there? Czechoslovakia was the home of the original Pilsner. Germany and Poland are next door and of the same ilk. Did you know that the Czechs guarded their hops so jealously that anyone caught smuggling plants out of the country was faced with the Death penalty!

Personally I don't mind an occasional Karpackie ... no more than two though cos it's 9%!

Dunno about anyone else but if I go to a pub I can drink half a dozen without much effort but sat at home I'm lucky to drink more than two cans. Weird eh?

I'd wager that's nothing to do with your capacity for drinking and everything to do with other people paying for your pints in the pub, whereas at home it's all coming out of your pocket
