Thinking of purchasing one of these. Anybody any thoughts or advice? Given the hills around here they must be the coming thing.

As a bike rider they are often looked down on by the cycling elite. However having seen them in action they look superb, the prices are dropping. How far do you want to go? Are you off to work on it or shopping etc...

More info needed.

My RR Sport is going back. Just about to go into the workshop for the 3rd warranty job. I love the car but naffed off with the unreliability.

Decided to get a Jaguar F -pace instead.

Going to look at those too. Sporty feel but not much room for rear seat passengers I understand.

Please don't get a bike of any sort Drog. They are nothing but an absolute pain on the roads. They should be confined to velodromes.

Having travelled the length and breadth of the country in the last month from Balmoral to Bamburgh to Beaconsfield Al I can categorically state that the number cars (and many of the people who drive them) are even bloody worse. This country is way too full! Anyway I'm currently having bother with a disintegrating hip socket and am unable to walk any distance.

There are some poor drivers I admit but the bikes are a pain up the arse and all the cyclists are absolutely well versed with their "rights".
Sorry to hear about your hip mate. I can sympathise with that. As you know I have walking difficulties too but I'm older than you.

Cars are miles worse than bikes. Half the people in 4x4s drive like muppets because they know they can bully other road users. And in terms of sports cars, particularly the Subaru Impreza's with spoilers which are the current chav must-have, they sound like tanks at 30mph and apparently require 5 minutes revving on the drive to warm them up. Absolute social nuisance.

No-one sits in the back. The new puppy will go in the boot when I get a cage fitted.
