England gets 3 Europa League places: 5th in the league, fa cup winners and league cup winners.
City won the league cup so it's down to 6th, then Man U or Chelsea win the FA Cup so it's down to 7th. Pretty much guaranteed now it'll be Chelsea, Arsenal and the Dingles.

Not sure he should HAVE walked. It looked like a clumsy but genuine attempt to me. I think the referee has discretion these days. Probably penalty and a yellow for me to be fair. I hate that double jeopardy of a penalty and a red card. Spoils matchesre.al

Immature behaviour and an attitude that above all is more disrespectful of his teammates than his manager. By protesting about Conte's team selection Willan is effectively disrespecting Hazard (as if!!) and Giroud who were preferred to him in the starting line up. In my day two senior players would have 'had a word' about manners in the showers after the match.

I agree , thought it was a dire match and a poor advert for the premier league . After watching the royal wedding, it was very much a case of ' after the Harry and Meghan show ' .
The FA Cup has lost it's magic or is it me that's getting old ? Do the youngsters get excited about it in the way we did ? I remember my first , Everton v Sheffield Wednesday in 1966 , great game and a great summer , followed by England winning the World Cup .
The year after was Chelsea v Spurs . Has there every been two harder captains shaking hands for the toss up !

Well done to Chorley today.
0-2 down at half time to Barrow but came back in the second half to win 3-2 and go into the hat for the first round proper.

Looks like I’m turning this into a Chorley thread but congrats to them today for holding Doncaster to a 2-2 draw despite being down to ten men for a good part of the second half.
