Best to bone up on your spud varieties first... they've always a wide range of chippers / roasters / boilers / bakers etc. Same with Toms and apples.
btw lots of cheeses too. I get a good selection but I'm a sucker for the plain Kick Ass Cheddar. They do loads of variations but imo the original is best.
