Another good one that has just occurred to me. People who queue for a while at KFC and then at the counter cant decide what they want to order when you are immediately behind them and know exactly what you want.

This is going to look incredibly sexist, but;
When you're behind a woman in the queue and everything has gone through the check out, they will want to pay by cash, but they wont have a heap of notes ready.
When told of the amount they'll rumage through their purse, get the notes out, then, after handing it all to the COC, will say, hang on I've got the right amount of change, then resume the rumaging through the purse to get the right amount of change.
My Mrs was like that, now she uses this modern contraption called a credit card.

Serves you right ODB. Fast food is crap and injurious to health in the long term and from what I have read KFC is the most unhealthy of the lot. A cocktail of fat, carbs and salt.... and it's bloody dear! Give it a swerve.

On the phone to BT today regarding changing tariffs and I made a casual enquiry about adding their Broadband package to my current landline only deal (sacked em off years ago because 1.5 mb is neither use nor ornament) and to see if fibre optic is available yet (btw predictably it isn't).
The pleasant BT chap said 'that's not my dept I'll put you through to BT Sales". I responded by saying 'do that please but without me going in a queue'! As usual I spent the next 10 mins listening to some crappy piped music before there was a response!
My point here is that what sort of goons do these people employ who put systems in place where potential customers are made to wait in frustration? Absolutely bloody crackers isn't it? My business has survived fro so long because someone picks up the phone within 3 rings! Needless to say I was subsequently informed that my broadband would still come down a copper wire at 1.5mb / sec.
