Seems someone from Plymouth has just resigned.

Update, he's just been appointed PNE manager.
Hmmm,,,,, Methinks it's been on the cards for some time. Poor old Plymouth, they're seasons been going OK with them nicely in a play off position. I guess he must have been on shit wages there if PNE can attract him 250 miles North.

Update 2.... Seems he's a mickey mouser so he's prob got family up here.

Update 3 .... From wiki " Lowe's managerial style has been influenced by Jürgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola, Rafa Benítez and Lowe's long-time friend Steven Gerrard, among others.[3] He is attack-minded, and Bury in 2018-19 were one of the Football League's highest-scoring teams; their style, described as "gung-ho",[3] soon brought success as the club finished second in League Two and earned promotion back to League One.[38] Lowe explained in an interview with The Guardian that he wanted to instil a "winning philosophy" and that, by outscoring their opponents, Bury would have a greater chance of achieving that goal. The on-field strategy is effectively a 3-1-4-2 formation."

Have you seen the wankys recently? I saw their cup tie against Stockport and they were awful. They even brought on Nathan Delfoneso as a sub!

Six stints at the same club 😮.

I didn’t realise how close Oldham are to relegation from the football league . If it happens that would be a sad day for traditional Lancashire football . Hope Sheridan can turn it round . The metropolitan borough of Oldham has a population of 260,000 but I guess the vast majority of football fans in that area support the Manchester clubs .

Like Bury and Bolton I think they are skint.
There is a saying in livestock farming that 'a sheep's worst enemy is another sheep' i.e. too many sheep with not enough grass to go round. Lancashire football is the same. The worst enemy of any Lancashire club is a neighbouring club. Too many clubs with not enough supporters to go round.

Owned by Moroccan football agent Lemsagam.

Basically he recruits 4th division French players offers teams no wages but heavy loan penalties if they don't play.

I've just wasted 2 hours of my life watching Melbourne Victory beat Central Coast 1-0.
The most negative game I've ever seen.
VAR taking 4 minutes to decide if someone was offside ffs. What's that about?
The most interesting parts of the game?
The goal in about the 93rd minute of the game, but the best part was ME. Swatting a fly that had been annoying me for about 30 mins.
Now, I switched off just after the goal, I don't want any of you guys to come back and tell me the score changed.

I know there's one less now but I wonder if anyone has been able to accurately estimate the number of flies in Australia?

My mate is a Bolton supporter and recently he's been keeping an eye on their ticket sales this season. The numbers supporting the wanderers are amazing considering they've been skint and in the lower leagues for some years. Apparently by yesterday (Friday) they had sold over 17000 tickets to home supporters for saturdays visit of sheff wed! Sheff wed will no doubt bring quite a few away supporters too! I've no idea why Bolton have suddenly become so popular unless it's because they were pulled back from the bring of extinction a couple of seasons back.

I think you’ll find the ticket success is purely down to collective guilt. A lot of their “fans” weren’t there when the club really needed them. Nothing to be proud of in my opinion. Throw that at your mate if they try and gloat.

Just over 22000. Bloody great crowd for a league 1 fixture odb, collective guilt or not.
