I've been watching Rovers in the old third division, the second division, the Premiership and all the way back down. Our best two defenders are not available which is not the fault of the manager but playing the ineffective Conway allowed their best player to go forward and that is what killed us. If Payne had been on the right wing he would not have been able to do that. That was obvious from the start but when he subbed him he put more ineffective players on the pitch and effectively handed the result to Plymouth. I know we are not the team we used to be but proper selection would have given us a much better chance.
My opinion of course.

After having to consider others comments about Rovers so far this season, which some are so far removed from my thoughts based upon what I've witnessed, last night I realised that clearly I know absolutely fuck all about modern day football: Lamella was fouled in the box? No wonder Klopp is bloody angry!

I didn't understand the substitutions but as I wasn't there and couldn't watch I can't really make valid comment.

I do know however that we are very brittle in defence.

Hopefully Muldrow and Lenihan will shore that up,Downing has made two horrendous mistakes in the last two games.

No argument there but hopefully, as Waggy says, we have a completely fresh central defence to come back in when they regain fitness. Downing has demonstrated his reliance on Charlie Mulgrew in his absence and has cost us goals with his mistakes. Williams appears to have done OK as a back up but I'm hoping that Lenihan and Mulgrew will make the difference. Nyambe has a mistake in him but hopefully appears to improve every match. If we can stop these cheap goals we should not lose many matches for the rest of the season, IF the manager picks the right team. Here's hoping!

I think every man and his dog are praying Mulgrew is back sat,Get Darren back and we have no excuse,92pts is the benchmark looked back a few seasons and it will be enough.
