Bercow’s nomination is bad enough , but a more worrying nomination is that of Karie Murphy , who has failed comprehensively to deal with the rampant anti- Semitism in Momentum Labour .

I’d argue that the leader of a party that is being investigated by the EHRC for institutional racism should not be allowed to nominate anyone to be ennobled .

After his appointment of Chakrabati, Corbyn is attempting to fill the Lords in the same way he and his cult filled the Commons , with anti- Semite sympathisers / apologists . A nasty and embittered little man .

A stat opposition politicos might like to digest before they continually fall back to their default position and take cheap shots at any government in power about NHS funding...... "42,822 people miss GP Surgery appointments in England every day!"

We pay a set fee for prescriptions and I've been saying for years we should do the same with GP appointments. Continually throwing (other peoples) money at it will solve nowt.

We also pay for our dental appointments too . Jumping to an ‘ everyone ‘ pays for a GP appointment might be a bridge too far for those who want everything ‘ free’ ( Corbyn and his Cult )

Perhaps we could set up a system whereby your GP holds your card details ( in the same way a hotel does when you book online ) and if you don’t turn up for the appointment or you fail to cancel within a specified time limit , a £30 ( or figure to be agreed ) charge is made to your card .

Reading his interview with Marr McCluskey seems to be blaming their defeat on the anti semitism row. Yet earlier he had told Sky News "that Labour's election defeat was "virtually, solely down to Brexit" and defended the party's policies.". Weird eh? :confused: Sounds like he's impaled on a spike of uncertainty.
I'll "iplayer" that Marr interview because surely Andrew Marr must have mentioned the influence and unpopularity of Momentum? Also if it were me doing the questioning I'd have suggested the blame is actually on him because he's selected the last two leaders who have lost 3 elections between them. The first under Miliband BEFORE the Referendum took place!
I'd also have suggested that perhaps now is the time for old Commie Len to put his hat into the ring!:eek::D

Sturgeon is a perfect case of giving someone enough rope and they'll hang themselves. Yesterday's woman. As I've been saying for years now the EU or rather the Germans will not want to support another lame duck economy, and certainly not now that we are in the process of turning off the taps. Worse still for her she has been a self declared long time enemy of the Conservative party for the past 4 elections and will no doubt now see the results of her efforts as the North of England leapfrog Scotland in the pecking order for govt help. I shouldn't be surprised to see Cummings prompt Johnson to divert much of the Barnett formula money to the North of England.
I predict Labour, once they sort out their leader should concentrate their attention on regaining much of the Scottish votes as Sturgeon crashes and burns.

Read it down and it appears the disgraced homosexual sex pest Derek Mackay gets paid to resign! "Ms Sturgeon let Mr Mackay resign, rather than sacking him. He is entitled to a £12,000 severance payment for loss of ministerial office." Hardly what the pay off was intended for I'd suggest!

Yes I liked Sajid Javid too and admired his family’s back story . Replaced by Rishi Sunak whose a ‘ rising star ‘ and whose wife is the daughter of an Indian billionaire. Some guys have all the luck !

An ex Labour adviser saying the change is good news for the north as far as spending is concerned.

If a government wants to get things done it needs power and control and everyone rowing in the same direction . Boris is proving to be a shrewd operator with Dominic Cummings as his evil Svengali !

Cummings is from the north , Rishi Sunak represents a northern constituency . No 10 and No 11 will work together with the aim of prioritising the north , especially with regard to spending on infrastructure . The first government to do that in my lifetime . Membership of the EU project resulted in London and the South East growing at the expense of the North . Time for a change .

Cummings is an Alastair Campbell, but happily isn’t a Dingle , isn’t a depressive and isn’t an alcoholic . He’s doing Boris’ dirty work and at the same time winding up the left wing intelligentsia - he’ll do for me !

Still the country’s most ethnically diverse Cabinet ever . Lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth on the left . They despise black and brown people who don’t fly the red flag

Interesting times ahead .
