Sorry ODB (and Thairover) but I take his prediction as a 1-0 Rovers win.
Thairover - if you tell me, hand on heart, that you predicted a Brentford win, I will give you the 2 points but your post is a bit ambiguous.

Yet again the predictions table almost remained unchanged.
Only Steve W had the foresight to predict that the result might not go our way and collects 2 points.

For the third match in a row, only one person predicted a Rovers loss and was duly rewarded.
Well done to Drog who not only predicted a Reading win but got the correct score too and is now only 1 point behind me!

Must say I didn't realise how poor Reading were so I must really dedicate my win this week to Tony Mowbray. Thanks Tony.

Well done Drog, don’t get too cocky. As for me it is a case of Going Down, Going Down, Going Down.

My only hope is to start predicting Rovers to lose.

You aren't wrong BB. If I had done that these past 3 matches I'd be looking at promotion.

No need for a new predictions table as it looks exactly the same as it did after the Reading match!
We are obviously a bunch of slow-learners or eternal optimists as not one of us predicted a Rovers defeat, despite that being the only way to score points in the last 3 weeks.
At the moment I don't think I could predict the Sun coming up in the morning, haven't scored a point since 26th Jan.
Oh well, there's always next week....

3 stages last week.

Stage 1. After Reading I was intending to predict a 0-1 or 0-2 defeat WB

Stage 2. I saw the news that Boro had both centre halves out. They base themselves on being defensively solid and I thought that could be exploited by our attack. Optimism then took over and I predicted 2-1 to us.

Stage 3. On the way to the ground I found out Brereton was in in place of Travis and hastily edited to 1-1. If I'd known that we'd be down to 10 I'd have reverted to stage 1 and you'd have had to change that table.;)

The league s a nice bit of fun...…………..but its so hard to predict a Rovers defeat, I went 1-1 because I couldn't bring myself to predict a home defeat

Lets predict Burnley scores - great fun when we are all correct when they get thumped 5-0

I understand that reluctance Steve but in reality, we all know that Rovers are going to lose some matches during the season, so, in my mind, it's just a case of trying to guess which ones those will be (although I'm absolutely dreadful at doing it )

About 20 years ago, 10 of us used to predict all 10 Prem scores each week, with a kitty to provide prizes at the end of each season. Very hard to do. there is always one coupon buster.

Well, this is becoming an all-to-regular occurrence.
Yet again I won't be posting an updated predictions table as nobody predicted us to lose, so there is no change.
Let's hope both the team and our merry band of predictors have better luck next weekend o_O

Gluttons for punishment / hopeless optimists / footballing ignoramus's? Why did no one predict us to lose given the results through Feb? Unfathomable really isn't it?
Must say I was erring toward 1-2 initially until I read that they had a few injuries and I changed it to 2-2.
