The really strange thing about yesterday is that Man Utd were the better team and the team most likely to score all the first half .... until Liverpool scored from a complete breakaway in the 43rd minute. 1-0 down at ht but the second half mu collapsed completely as every second ball in the pen area fell to a Liverpool player..... who invariably stuck it in the net. Liverpool used a full seasons luck up in one half! It was hilarious.
Ten hag will have learned a lot about individual team members character yesterday. Have to say he didn't stick around shaking anyone's hand after the perfunctory handshake with Klopp etc and instead stormed off down the tunnel. I'd love to know how he approached the post match talk.

imo Man Utd have too many Latino rubber dinghy men. One issue which I'm sure we won't hear the last about is Fernandez giving the linesman a dig in the ribs in the second half. Most other teams would see their player getting a long ban but knowing how fergie and wadkins got cantona off in '95 I'm interested to see how this will pan out.

I decided to watch this match only because young Elliott was playing and he was a favourite of mine when here.
United have always been my hate team since the way they distastefully milked the Munich disaster and I have had a soft spot for Liverpool for a long time. It was bloody brilliant and I enjoyed it immensely. :p

Mixed feelings Al. I can't take to Liverpool now they are so political. Openly anti tory, anti UK, anti Royal Family, anti Union Flag and pro IRA doesn't float my boat.

Not interested in their politics. I have liked them for a long time because like me they hate Manu.

Watching Grealish score and assist as Man City stuff Liverpool I couldn't help but think back to our home game Vs Aston Villa in 2018 (when they ragged a point with an injury time free kick).

I remember Dack outplaying Grealish on that day and banter chants of "poor man's Bradley Dack".

Now one is an established England and top Prem club player. The more things change.

Anyone see salah score livvvies first v arsenal? He got that cos he followed a ball in based on instinct and anticipation. He'll do that a dozen times just to get one goal. No good R gally watching, he simply doesn't have that instinct.
