I do not understand this story.
We are currently Cat 1 and will be for 2 more years before re-test.
When we got Cat 1 the last time Rovers committed at that time to meet and fund Cat 1 requirements for the duration i.e. 3 years.
Unless we are means tested every month or so then nothings changed and will not for 2 more years when Venkys will have to put up again to maintain Cat 1 or not.
This is fucking Fake News put out so fans think rhe Pune TwoHats are good people.
Sad to see all those quotes out of Ewood and Mowbray supporting what is blatant propoganda.

So it sounds like they've got 2 years to continue a downscale where it will then be deemed Cat 2 on the next inspection ?

We have a new academy manager called Stuart Jones. It is a promotion from within as he was previously operations manager (so nout to do with football) and prior to that he was the education manager. He has no previous experience in the role nor any track record at all in developing players. Currently jobsinsport has us advertising for a head of coaching but it is extremely odd the man at the top is basically a pen pusher. Not confident at all on this one.
Hopefully he won't come out with anything this moronic at least. Hopefully Kinder's picture of Mourinho has been ripped down as well. See more on Kinder above...
