I watched the whole game on iFollow replay.

Damned! I never thought I´d say it but "Come back Bell all is forgiven" . . . . . I thought Douglas just had an off day last time out, but he was appalling yet again.
Also, is anyone else concerned that our keeper has started to look a bit more Man of Jason Steel(e) than the Superman he appeared to be from the outset?

I don’t I think he’s a big soft tart.
So Cantwell is a big soft tart and Ben is a fabulous striker? I'm not sure football scout would be the best career choice should you get your time again. :p

Seems Norwich are so keen to keep Cantwell that they have stuck a 30m price tag on his head! Not sure I'd value him quite at that mind, but he is still young.

Correct. Hang on, when have I said Ben is a fabulous striker? If he was we wouldn’t have been able to afford him. At least he tries his best and the constant slagging off is unmerited. I refer you again to Chris Brown and the ilk.

I'd say Chris Brown was a trier too. As was Keith Andrews and I'm damned sure Jason Lowe worked as hard as anyone. Jason Wilcox and Tim Sherwood ran themselves in to the ground for the cause and Lee Carsley didn't shirk hard work either yet all those got serious shit from the Ewood crowd.
Truth is that BB has had an easy ride, as has SG because I'm sure if crowds were allowed in they'd be getting pelters. Let's be honest neither of em can trap a wet sandbag never mind do anything with the ball.

I agree with most of that except Chris Brown who had zero redeeming features. In over 60 years of watching Rovers I have never seen a more useless lump of turd.

Chris Brown wasn't good by any means but I believe we could have used him better as a back to goal target man able to hold the ball up and bring midfield and attacking partners into play.
I do also believe that as the jeers from the crowd grew it adversely affected him and his performances waned. Some are affected more than others in this way. Perhaps smaller clubs whose supporters have less expectations suit this sort of player psyche better. I can be a critical bastard but I'd never ever boo a player during a match.

Could have used him better as a goalpost you mean. He does a podcast now but ive never heard him mention us. I didn’t ever hear any jeers when he came on the field of play, only disbelieving laughter. He truly was rubbish.
