Expensive 😔 I pay £6 for 4 bottles in Tesco Supermarket.

Those pictures make me thirsty BB :)
That new Poulters Porter sounds interesting. Hopefully it will be exported.

2.8% BB???? That'd be called 'Maidens watter' around these parts!

Tonight’s pint is from your capital. Fullers have several decent beers and my favourite is most likely London Porter with ESB coming close behind. It’s interesting that Porter has always been strongly linked with English beer/tradition but always when I have visited England I have hard time to find Porter available on cask or keg. Is there actually people liking this style or does it belong to the past?

Decent pint. Our lads favourite away trip was always Brentford:
- Fullers Brewery Tour
- river boat trip
- all four of the pubs on each of the corners of the ground
- defeat (usually)
- back in the pub
- curry
- hotel locally
- ‘slight’ hangover

You'll struggle to find a porter in a "normal" pub but there are quite a few around in craft beer bars, usually with a bit of a twist to them.
Titanic brewery do a fantastic plum porter which you can see from time to time on draught. Yum 👍

Funnily enough, I am brewing a porter at the moment with cacao nibs and chipotle chillies.
Tastes great and gives your throat a little kick on the way down!

This is excellent news!
For far too long the brewing goliaths have ridden roughshod over pub tenants.
Heineken is "probably" the most bland beer on the market as far as I am concerned when compared with the Italian and Czech (Staropramen) lagers, although I'm really a real ale man.
