Hmmm lots of rumours abounding .....
1. that the Issa brothers have had a fall out between themselves.
And
2. That no building inspector from the council has visited the show off site in Billinge End road for a significant time and that there are serious structural defects with the buildings.

As I say only rumours but '2' might explain the snails pace at which the development is progressing. Only other explanation being that they are getting a little short of brass..... ooops I mean 'experiencing a few liquidity problems'.
