We are more than a one man team,I would love to see a few young lads get there chance,I was bewildered when we got Harper on loan at the expense of Tomlinson progress but I hear the boy has problems?
Wharton needs a game and maybe the young full backs,as from fans posts these places seem up for grabs.

Seems mighty cheap but tbh I don't think it's the Rovers this time it's just that the FA Cup is a devalued competition these days. They may as well play a quick knock out between the top six 'big' clubs because one of those that has won it 18 times out of the last 20 years. Take away any hope and there isn't much left in football.

Its still a big deal for most lower league clubs surely as long as they get a major draw? Rovers aren't most lower league clubs though. Its not just the focus on promotion either its just nowhere near as big a deal for Rovers to play top flight clubs. Kinda like a footballing limbo where nothing but the league really matters. No point going on about which game fans would prefer to win though between this and the next league match. We don't have a choice though I do hope there's numerous changes.

It doesn't help that they have shut over half of the ground. People have had enough of being pissed about.

They should have done that years ago for sparsely attended cup fixtures against lower league opposition. What's the point in paying extra concourse workers for nothing? Then there's probably other costs related to keeping an extra part of the stand open. I don't care how much income a club (or any organisation has) there should be an inventory for everything even wasted sheets of paper. Some of the stuff sent in the post is a complete waste of paper (no I'm not a green party member lol its not about that) and I'm not talking just junk mail.

As long as they allow one of the top tiers to be opened and charge equal prices in all areas then I'm OK with it. I can understand your annoyance too but its not like people don't know the guidelines. I've had a ST in different areas in the past and one of those was the Darwen End. I didn't like United getting the entire stand (I would rather have given them the minimum allocation even if it meant a financial loss so maybe in some cases saving money isn't that important lol) but I knew there was no choice to move elsewhere.

20 mins and 3-0. Crewe look like non leaguers. Their crowd are chanting ‘you don’t know what you are doing’ at the manager and there is hardly anybody here. The only open areas are the bburn end lower, jw upper bbe and the jw lower. Siundslike being in a public bath.
