It looks tailored. That is a waste of time for the bunch of fatties (not everyone of course) who follow Rovers.
Should be 'comfort' fit.

Haven’t they all been for a while? I think Kappa made the first Rovers ones in that style and I remember a good deal of bemusement (and amusement) from fans trying to cram their beer bellies into what seemed like lycra at the time compared to previous kits!It looks tailored. The really fat ones don't seem to bother with a shirtThe Club shop should start selling those old fashioned rattles.....ideal for when the fans spit their dummies out.
As for replica shirts they are for the under 25's and fat Geordies.
Disagree with that. There’s nothing better than a rare sunny, warm day for a game and seeing the ground covered in blue and white. I remember the League Cup final in 2002 and all the Spurs fans turning up in their normal clothes, looked a right miserable bunch. As for replica shirts they are for the under 25's and fat Geordies.
Thats cos they can't fit in them. The really fat ones don't seem to bother with a shirt
The Blue and white halves is one of the nicest and most admired kits in the League. Unfortunately it quite simply does not lend itself to look good when worn as leisureware. Last seasons navy away shirt on the other hand was pretty good.Personal preference though I suppose and I’ll admit there’s a natural difference with age. I used to wear Rovers shirts everywhere, these days I’ll wear them to watching and playing football without fail but very rarely otherwise.
Played golf with Malcolm many times, lovely chap.Oh and from memory , the fans' " Jason Lowe " , aka scapegoat , of that era is on the front row , Malcolm Darling
How tiny did Mekky look in that old photo? He drew lots of comparisons back then to Bryan Dougles himself. 'Duggy Mk 2'. Truth is tiny or not I played against Mekky almost every week in training and no way could I knock him off the ball. I couldn't even get close to marking him either as his first touch and close control were sublime. He thought a yard in front of us mortals too. If he had a weakness then it was that he was totally one footed and I believe if his left had been even half as good as his right he'd have played at the very top level. To be honest Amo , I can't remember , I was only 9 or 10 . I remember the " stars " , like Barrie Hole , Eamonn Rogers , Keith Newton , Billy Wilson and a young dazzling right winger called Stuart Metcalfe !
I guess it doesn't help that he's stood next to big John Coddington but yes he looks tiny . I was too young to remember Duggy in his pomp . The player I compared a young Mekky to in his early days on the wing , before he moved to midfield, was Jimmy Johnstone , one of the Lisbon LionsHow tiny did Mekky look in that old photo?
