I liked the orange shirt too and my personal no 1 for home shirt would be the 96-98 version. Don't mind the red/black away kit though "new adventure" is nonsensical spin anyone with a brain will see through. I suppose its true but its also down to "pure stupidity". Maybe they should have the tagline "the adventure that nobody wanted".

My least favourite away kit should be obvious if you want to be mistaken for something unpleasant from a distance.

I think they've done a really decent job. Obviously Black and Red has always been our iconic away kit colours since 94/95. It's a bit of a cheap gimmick to re-introduce it after our slide in to league one, but it is a nice kit.

Well they have to taint everything don't they?

I thought exactly the same about Conway. He looks in good nick. Maybe he reads MBs. He also looked fast on that rush through the middle to score.

After spending most of last season under Coyle, I would expect walking to the butty shop at lunchtime would be intensive in comparison

Or under Bowyer too for that matter. Imagine Lambert didn't give them an easy ride. Not sure about Berg + Appleton and Kean was destructive in every aspect. Certainly my impression of Mowbray isn't someone who would allow slackers in training though I don't want to hear anything else about the dressing room being quiet after a bad result. Dunn has gone back to working with the U23's (so wouldn't be surprised if he's trying to smear Mowbray behind the scenes for demoting him) so that's one terrible example somewhat out the way at least.

It seems as though the intensity bar has been raised in pre-season training . Hopefully it'll show when the season starts . I just want Mowbray to sort out the defence which has been awful for too many seasons .

Lots of 1-0 wins in the new away kit will suit me fine
