Some marvellous moments. Poulter's manic pumped up aggression as he moved in front against Johnston in the final holes, Molinari's and Rahm's relentless consistency was fantastic. Olsesn and Stensons 5 and 4 demolition of US superstars Speith and 'Bubba' was brutal, but the cherry on top was the final put of the day when with the europeans already victorious last man out Alex Noran equalled Dechameau's remarkable birdie on the 18th with an absolute monster put to seal the final point of the day. Unbelievable and almost comedic in it's execution.

Also need to mention the captains picks.
Garcia, Poulter, Stenson and Casey.
All played magnificently. Sergio is now the highest points scorer in history.
The USA picks of Woods, Mickelson, Finau and DeChambeau were collectively poor in comparison.
