To be referred to as Merkel's legacy I'd suggest. How this comes as a surprise is no surprise to me. I predicted this in 2015 and also that ultimately Merkel would become the most unpopular German in history. Centuries of Europe repelling the advance of Islam and Merkel threw open the gates.

Consequences coming I'd suggest. Our mainstream politicians have failed us all. Germany does have 'previous' doesn't it? The next lot won't will they?
