I have a browse of the BBC comments sections sometimes and the ones in response to the Brexit articles today are the most upset I've seen Remain voters in a while. Presumably up until this point there's been an assumption that it won't actually happen.
Trying to sympathise with Remain voters for a second, I really don't think it's the apocalypse as some are making out. I fully expect at the end of the negotiating process for us to have very close political, economic, diplomatic, military and migration ties to the EU. Ones we ultimately have control over is the only difference.
