His attitude has always been incredible. For some reason a game that has stuck in my memory is Millwall away in 2020/21. Dolan (19 at the time) was brought in to play centre forward for a tough fixture at an intimidating ground, in the middle of a very bad run (we'd lost 6 of the last 7). As usual at that time he was limited on the ball, but his phenomenal attitude and work-rate galvanised the whole team and we won 2-0.
What I like now though is that he does seem good on the ball. He's got a lot stronger, the confidence is flowing through him, the step-overs are back, and he's chipping in with goals. Thomas giving the opposition something to worry about on the other side has definitely helped.
I really like that front 4 against Sheff Utd. BBD can be a super-sub now if he wants to keep giving it 75% and stay injury free for Villareal.
