"Army veteran, 82, followed by gang moments before he’s killed by single punch
CCTV has captured a gang following an 82-year-old army veteran just moments before he was killed by a single punch.
Omar Moumeche, who was 16 at the time, attacked Dennis Clarke at Derby bus station after he told off his friends for messing about on an escalator.
The pensioner suffered a fractured skull as well as a bleed on the brain and died in hospital nine days after the assault on 6 May 2021.
Moumeche, now 18, was found guilty of manslaughter in July and was sentenced to two years in youth detention at Derby Crown Court on Friday (17 November)."
What happened to "let the punishment fit the crime"? It's taking the piss!! The person sentencing that brave lad should be bunged in the next cell. Manslaughter? I call that murder.

Said the same myself, that’s a disgraceful sentence.
I couldn't believe it... even after reading it twice! He may not have meant to kill him but it's always possible with a person of that age and stature. Moumeche did know that he couldn't fight back so it was cowardly also by definition it was a pre-meditated attack. If I was the deceased's son I'd be waiting for that bugger to come out!
Do we know this lad's background and how his family came here? Omar Moumeche isn't really a British name is it? Were his family from the Empire?
I frequently wonder how we have become the League of Nations. OK so we had the Empire but we appear to be destined to suffer forever for our history. A history which none of us today had and influence over, a history however which enriched the nation and the member nations. How though do many nationalities with no connections to GB wind up here? An English accent in the King St Lidl's is as rare as hen's teeth.

A drug dealer speeded and crashed into a bus just months after being released from prison for his part in killing the ex-Mayoress of Bolton.

What tf are they all doing in this country in the first place? I doubt any of them will be contributing to the nation in a productive fashion.
I truly hope this case becomes so shocking that the nation will toughen up and at last admit to and address the Islamic invasion of this nation.

With no prison spaces for convicted prisoners what chance of being remanded in custody?
It seems the new super prisons were built just for people that commit 'wrongthink' - i.e. calling a tranny with a penis a man instead of a woman etc.
