I read that article, very disturbing indeed. The Police said it was a civil matter rather than a criminal matter 😡. I can’t see him getting his house back, he may get compensation to the value of the property but as for the house contents I hope he was insured.

It is fraud. However Title transfer is weird. I seem to recall that if I nicked something from BB and sold it to you that title hasn't passed and BB can still claim it back, however if you have sold it to WB the his claim to title becomes legitimate.

btw that's from Law lectures almost 50 years ago so it might by now be a memory blip or just a load of old bollox which might have been changed in law..

It’s like buying a car you didn’t know was stolen. You may have not done anything wrong but the car will be taken from you.

Its interesting that some parties accepted her as prime minister first but then when they all voted if the social democrats budget will go through some of those who said yes to her now said no which subsequently lead to her resignation. This was Sweden first female PM which lasted only for seven hours…maybe they should have voted for the budget first to see if they actually can form some kind of government? Or did they do it just to get a woman as PM? To me it doesn’t matter if it’s a man or woman but where is the common sense in the voting?
