Rovers family since day one, now got my children hooked. Looking on this site reminds me why I joined the other site 12 years back. Good to see Drog, Abbey, Al, Maji et al still knocking about & caring.

Welcome jumpin. Wire in the blood innit? Might be better for state of health and peace of mind if it wasn't though. Smashing kids too! No doubt in time they'll prob come to curse you for not taking them to Man Yoo or Lpool and instead sentencing em to a lifetime of angst and frustration!

Jumpin but I rarely posted just lurked. Wire in the blood? Certainly but a lot don't realise the size of history of our club, we are a very proud old club, we missed out the first time when television & the World Cup win coincided with our demotion.
I boycotted when oc got the job, came back sporadically & now back on track. We need to be together more ever with the current owners and I feel there are 'dark forces' dividing us.

Been a Rover since 1970 and its in my blood. Known on BRFC as 1864roverite and a good friend of Abbey and as he knows I am from a far superior village ! Have followed BRFC through thick and thin although I have never experienced anything like these impotent imbeciles who continue to ruin my club. I despair at the way the fan base has been divided and if that can ever be repaired Rovers can begin to move forwards. Until then VENKYSCUM OUT

On BRFCS I had the name Willie Eckerslike and posted on and off a while back but my enthusiasm died off recently.
Hoping a new site and a new name (and a lack of certain posters) will re-kindle my desire to get involved.

So this is where all the legendary posters from brfcs ended up . I was " resting " as the actors like to describe it , then returned ( after the Election was called yesterday ) to find everyone had " flit "..............Al, Steve Moss , Yoda , Abbey , SKH , Ottoman , Clayton's Left Boot - and others too numerous to mention . Took a bit of detective work and some time to work it out - gosh there was some "trouble at t'mill " You're a very naughty boy SKH !

Anyway just a bit about me . Rovers fan since my first game on 27th August 1966 v Crystal Palace ( isn't the web wonderful for the detail) , having been dazzled by what I believe is the greatest football kit in the world . My early heroes were Billy Wilson , Mike Ferguson Eammon Rodgers and Stuart Metcalfe

Born in Church , so come from a family of divided loyalties . My departed Dad and one of my brothers , both Clarets and my other two brothers are Rovers .
