Fantastic article WB

What a weekend . Rovers in the play - off positions , Dingles lose 5-0 and Stanley beat 2nd placed Peterborough away from home to go 4th in League 1 ! What an amazing job John Coleman and Jimmy Bell are doing .

Holt is absolutely right. I want to watch streamed matches when Rovers are away in midweek but it’s only right that the home club ,who have the cost of putting on the match, should get the lion’s share of the revenue.

Abbey's Eye Pee Tea V ensures that no one will get any revenue and I doubt the threat of that to our traditional away day crowds will go away. I must say all these make sense in American sports because of the vast distances involved but are not helpful on our tiny island.

Of course theyre making money otherwise they wouldnt agree to it and if I can watch on a sreeam I will watch. Dont tell you or al have never watched a free stream.
They shouldnt charge so much then . Sky is nearly 100 a month ..id rather pay 10

I'm not am I? Oh...... and I certainly have. I guess ifollow does at least get money to the clubs whereas other streams will contribute nothing.

Just watched it and I’ve got to say I wish them all the best. Quite ironic to see someone attending a game in the bar revealing a b***ley badged shirt after what butcher bob did to Accy in 1962.

Anybody fancy turning up in a topper on Sunday? If so the person behind might have something to say about it.

Not quite League 1 as it's League 2 but Paul Scholes return to his home town team has rather ended in tears. https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/four-key-reasons-paul-scholes-14139718

Poor old Oldham.
Owned by a Moroccan football agent (likely dodgy as most appear to be and probably Morocco's version of Anderson) owning a Northern town club. Owner obviously wanting his own players involved to make a few bob on them from sales to the Prem v a poor little rich boy whose only experiences have been a pampered professional at Manchester United. Scholes gripe being that he was promised no interference by the management. Never going to happen was it and also never going to end well either.

Hmmmmm..... Just think if Oldham and Bolton go down the pan we might not need Lancashire County / United.
