Get yourself a Subaru Impreza hatchback. Will be changing the Vectra soon. As I have 24 hour use of a huge van and my other half needs a car think I'll buy a German hatch, probably a Golf and she can use it, I'll buy it and nip to the Wirral on Sundays.
I'm sure they are a great drive Dave, but I don't listen to Rihanna and hate tattoosGet yourself a Subaru Impreza hatchback.
A real drivers car, and if you want to go to hoonsville, a WRX
GangstaFirst car: Hillman Minx (nice big back seat)
Present car: Range Rover Sport
They are great cars Dave, a few years ago my neighbour in Wallasey imported one of the early Subaru's, asked if I wanted a go. Drove it along Leasowe road toward the lighthouse, quick check of the mirror dropped a gear and floored it.Years back, AS , my daughter and I were looking for her first car. We checked all the second stuff, and went to the car yards. We quickly came to the conclusion that a new car was the best way to go. For two reasons , 1. Financial, it would give her a credit rating, and 2 Less cost through servicing.
Anyway, we went to one place (Ford as it happened) and the guy there told us the details, had a test drive, and then he asked us where we were going next. We said Subaru, he says, you won't be back.
He was right. That Impreza was a fantastic car, so good, I sold my Mitsubishi Station wagon to keep the Impreza.
The only reason I got rid of the impreza was that I needed to transport 3-4 guys and golf clubs, so I bought a station wagon( with all the bells and whistles).
AS drive one, try it.
