Well I could easily be wrong as he's already got one and also an assist so he's off to a decent start. It's just that first match his body language appeared like he'd rather be anywhere else in the world than on Bayern's bench.

Early days as yet but i see Dyche is turning Everton around as I thought he would. Everton's delusions of grandeur have lead to them taking stupid managerial decisions for decades which has cost them millions and millions.

I've just watched this. Ollie goes around to get some perspectives of managers. I think it's a great watch, overall, but interesting one is Ainsworth. About 36-37 minutes in, he says only two clubs were prising him away from Wycombe. He went to one of them. You can easily guess the other! Anyway, here it is. I think it's an interesting perspective on managers. It's a documentary minus the bullshit.

It's really quite moving when Ollie goes back to visit Bloomfield Road after 38 minutes. You can tell that club meant everything to him. He was totally in his element there as a manager. I think there is a place like that we could all go back to and reminisce of our best days.

Shortly after that, he more or less tells us that he can't carry on in football because it would ruin his family - that he thinks his wife doesn't like him when he's involved in football. But you can tell that he can't be away from it, either. That's a hard place.

I see one of the two lads I mentioned has gone to FC Bayern from Adelaide! I met his family at the game. Good for Him. Nestroy Irankunda, the other Luka Jovanovic is still there.
