I get pissed off reading the club twitter account with all the irritating perkiness, etc. It's just the insincerity of it and some of us don't forget the club is not in a strong situation with the debt hanging over it. You can't trust these people. Some fans say "oh the social media has improved" what because they tell us "15 mins until kick off!". WOW isn't that some crucial information when we aren't overloaded with enough pointless guff already. Answer questions, RT certain comments and put out essential information without the overbearing perkiness. Show some personality perhaps and tell a joke now and then but it's like they just ignore the past few years.
People say "Oh typical Vinjay putting a negative spin on everything" and yeah maybe I'm paranoid. Without micro management though and fans critically monitoring every move the Agnews, Andersons and all types of sharks sense blood. I said on BRFCS that any promotion celebrations should end the very next day. Also added that people should tone down some of the "happiness" a bit even if it downplays their true feelings. OK people should be glad the club is winning games BUT you don't want the club thinking everything is forgotten. At least try and seem a little more pissed off just to make it clear we are watching their every step. I don't need to act like that because I'm pretty much being myself anyway but others don't seem to have learnt their lesson. How many times can you be kicked in the teeth? Then again having my teeth kicked in, violently removed with pliers and stomped on might be better than talking about goddamn Allardyce again. Build a bloody shrine if you love him that much and worship each day without fail. Allardyce leaving worse than Jack's death for some people. FFS.

I agree some people are getting obsessive about the circumstances and consequences surrounding Allardyce leaving, from both sides of the great divide. Just as some have become obsessive about Jack's immediate family and an overrated restuarant at Langho. Not to mention others becoming obsessed with the wellbeing of some middle aged wife and mother 7000 miles away in India whose hobby is keeping a few chickens.

Noticed the club said "happy birthday to Dominic Samuel who turns 24 today". Nothing wrong with that its a simple tweet which shows some respect to one of the players in a toned down manner. I'm almost surprised though that they didn't post a clip of Samuel being presented with a big birthday cake shaped like a blue and white heart. Plus a chorus of school children giving a rendition of "happy birthday to you" in the background.
Forgot about that! Not gonna make it a secret I like Yaya (and certainly Aguero, Kompany, etc) but that was a bit ridiculous. Sterling and Delph are the worst at City though when it comes to attitude. Like anywhere else supporters often gloss over their own players actions. I found the insults they aimed at Villa fans over Delph particularly hypocritical. What did they do to deserve treatment like that? Far as I know they always treated him well and to leave in the manner he did was so disrespectful. Just because I have a liking for City (my overall view of their fans is as tolerant as I'm probably capable of getting when it comes to football supporters) isn't gonna make me look through rose tinted glasses. I certainly don't do that here! Not saying City fans should have booed Delph obviously but at least acknowledge what he did was a bit distasteful. How can anyone blame Villa fans for booing him when he led them to believe he was staying in such a cruel manner? Some people say Shearer did that here but he never went that far!I wonder if that's the first move in us making a summer bid for Yaya Toure?

See the social media team have taken the humble approach to winning the "family club of the year award". Don't know if the players and managers were there for such a momentous occasion.
